How can I reserve a private taxi to and from Milan?
You can book on the form available on our website . You can modify your reservation both online (pick-up time, number of passengers, pieces of luggage, change of vehicle type), or you can also email us. Please see the FAQs about how to modify your reservation.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
You can change or cancel your booking at any time up to 48 hours before, both by sending an email or phoning us and we will try to do our best to help you. For any request 48 hours before your arrival, you can call the phone number on the confirmation email sent some days before your trip.

Are your prices per person or per vehicle?
Our Prices are always per car/van/vehicle, and not per person.
Are your prices fixed and all-inclusive or are there any extra charges?
Our fares are fixed and they do not have any HIDDEN OR EXTRA CHARGES, even in case of diversions or traffic jams.
Are tips mandatory?
We don’t expect you to pay any mandatory tip to the drivers. You may decide to tip them if you are satisfied with their service.
The driver asked me to pay for the transfer, but I've already sent you my credit card number during the booking procedure. Why can’t you use that?
If you chose the direct payment to the driver, the credit card number provided during the reservation procedure is ONLY used as guarantee for the reservation but then you will have to pay to the driver . If you change your mind and you prefer to pay in advance, you can also use Credit Card or PayPal.
How and when should I pay for the service I’ve booked?
You can both pay to the driver soon after the transfer or in advance by PayPal or by Credit Card.
Could I bring some more pieces of luggage despite I didn't mention them on the booking form?
If the quantity of your luggage changes please inform us, so that we can decide if you need a larger/smaller vehicle, but please be aware that in this case the price of your transfer might change.
Can I carry large items such as wheelchairs, bikes, and ski or scuba dive equipment?
If you need to carry particularly big items , please write it on the booking form so that we can decide if providing you with a larger car/vehicle.
Pick up and meeting point
How can I easily reach the pick up point?
The driver will be waiting for you in front of the exit doors of the airport, holding a sign with your name. Some days before your arrival you will receive an email with all the indications about the pick up and meeting point.
What if my flight is delayed or cancelled?
One of our staff members is in charge for monitoring flights and timetables. Therefore, if your flight is late or cancelled, he will immediately reschedule your reservation, in order to avoid any problem at your arrival.
What if I don’t find the driver at the meeting point?
In case of difficulties in meeting him, you can call the phone number reported on the booking confirmation sent to you some days before your trip. Our support service is available 24/7 and we will provide you with all the necessary assistance.
How long will the driver be waiting for me after my arrival?
The driver will wait for one hour after the flight actual landing. After call you on the number you’ve provided during the reservation. In case he cannot reach you, he will leave the pick-up point. If you have any problems at the custom and immigration gates, of when collecting your luggage, please call our emergency phone number.

Do I have to share the car with other people?
No, all our transfers are private and NOT shared, therefore you will not have to travel with other passengers but only with your friends or family.
Can I ask for infant/child safety seats?
Child seats are available for free to most destinations, but only upon request, so please communicate the child/children's age during the booking procedure so that we can provide you with the best seat for them.
