Milan Taxi Reservation
You can book on the form available on our website . You can modify your reservation both online (pick-up time, number of passengers, pieces of luggage, change of vehicle type) up to 48h prior to your arrival.Please see the FAQs about how to modify your reservation.
If you want to change your booking you can log on to the website and amend the arrival time, number of passengers or destination address until 48h prior to the agreed pickup. If you need to change destination or pickup location you can cancel your booking a make a new one. Changes are always confirmed upon availability and are not guaranteed.

No, all our transfers are private and NOT shared, therefore you will not have to travel with other passengers but only with your friends or family.
In Italy child seats are not mandatory for private transfers and taxi services and we are not able to provide them.
Before trying to pay again, please contact your bank. Some credit cards may have limits for the purchase of specific services, or you may have entered an incorrect detail. Some banks, especially outside Europe, may see our charge as “suspicious” - for example when the Strong Customer Authorization (SCA) is not active. If you contact the bank to allow the charge, the payment will go through.
We strongly recommend to avoid several tries in a limited amount of time. This may result in a negative evaluation of the transaction from your bank.
NOTE! When the status is PAYMENT PENDING the reservation is not registered in our system so we cannot confirm it. If you have tried several times and the payment still doesn't go through, you can contact us and we'll reset your payment method so you can change it to another one.
If you chose the direct payment to the driver, the credit card number provided during the reservation procedure is ONLY used as guarantee for the reservation, meaning you will have to pay IN CASH to the driver. If you change your mind and you prefer to pay in advance, you can also use Credit Card or PayPal. You can change the payment method by accessing our website and clicking on CUSTOMER -> MY RESERVATIONS.
You can both pay to the driver soon after the transfer or in advance by PayPal or by Credit Card. Once you pay with credit card or PayPal, you won’t be able to change it.
Milan Taxi Rates
Our Prices are always per car/van/vehicle, and not per person.
Our fares are fixed and they do not have any HIDDEN OR EXTRA CHARGES, even in case of diversions or traffic jams.
We don’t expect you to pay any mandatory tip to the drivers. You may decide to tip them if you are satisfied with their service.
Flight delays and cancellations
One of our staff members is in charge for monitoring flights and timetables. Therefore, if your flight is late or cancelled, we will try to reschedule your reservation upon availability, in order to avoid any problem at your arrival. It's however mandatory to contact us as soon as you know about the delay to inform us or cancel. IMPORTANT NOTE! We do not monitor stopover flights. We are only aware of the last leg of the trip. If the first leg of your flight is delayed you need to contact the service manager immediately.(Conditions apply)
No it is not possibile. If the quantity of your luggage changes please access our website and amend the booking accordingly. This way we check if you need a larger/smaller vehicle, but please be aware that in this case the price of your transfer might change.
If you need to carry particularly big items, please contact us beforehand. Some vehicle may not be able to accommodate large bags such as bike bags or wheelchair.
Pick up and meeting point
The driver will be waiting for you in front of the exit doors of the airport, holding a sign or a phone with your name on. As soon as the reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with all the directions about the pick up and meeting point and then numbers to call in case of need.
In case of difficulties in meeting him, you can call the phone number reported on the booking confirmation. Those numbers are available 24/7 and we will provide you with all the necessary assistance. PLEASE CONTACT THE NUMBER ONLY IN CASE OF EMERGENCY.
The driver will wait for one hour after the flight actual landing. After that he’ll be calling you on the number you’ve provided during the reservation. In case he cannot reach you, he will leave the pick-up point. If you have any problems at the custom and immigration gates, of when collecting your luggage, please call our emergency phone number.
